Facebook today announced number of new features to the UI, including new user profile named Timeline and powerful social applications during the F8 developer conference held at San Francisco.
Facebook Timeline is a new kind of Profile page where you can put the events and activity that matter most to you in real time . If you are a Facebook user, you can add social applications to your timeline and you can show it to your friends with what you love and what you are doing in real time. I think Facebook timeline is a great way to tell your life story in very interesting manner.
Facebook Timeline profile is splitted in to three sections such as Facebook time line cover, stories and applications. In the Facebook timeline cover section you can use your unique image that represent you the best. This section will be the first thing when people see on your timeline so make it unique always.
Second important section on your Facebook timeline include the time line stories.Facebook timeline stories is a place for you to share and highlight your most memorable posts, photos and life events on your timeline. Here you can briefly describe your stories from past to present. All this updates will then be visible to your friends who can scroll down to the past dates to view your shared items
At last the Facebook timeline application boxes, It lets you use the social applications and with this you can express who you are through all the things you do. Here your friends can see the song you’re currently listening to or the movie you’re watching even the recipe you’re working on and many more on their ticker news feed in real time.
