Apple IOS 4.1 Beta 3 released
Apple released the first beta of their IOS 4.1 for the developers this July. The new release got a 599 MB download for I-Phone 4 and 383 MB for I phone 3GS this includes an SDK beta.
The Apple IOS 4.1 Beta 3 release shows that apple in a hurry to release the stable version. Only few days before the Apple IOS 4.1 beta 2 released. We can hope that all the beta 2 bugs have been fixed in this new beta version.

I'm not surprised they were in a hurry. The panic and general feeling of 'we better do something right' must have been gigantic. Apple have lost a lot of credibility recently.
