How To Add Google+ Profile Widget On WordPress Blog

Google+ going to be a revolutionary product for Google. After too many social media failure projects Google found the revolutionary Google plus .Google plus is growing quickly and most of the geeks already switched from Facebook to Google+, but I’m still there on Facebook. Today with this post I would like to show you how to add your Google+ Profile widget in your WordPress Blog.

Google+ profile widget on your website or blog will attract your readers and your visitors will be able to add you in to their Google+ circles easily. Please go through the step by step guide in order to add Google+ Profile widget in your WordPress Blog.

Step 1: Login to your WordPress Dashboard.

Step2 : Click on add new Plugin and search for  GoogleCards Plugin and Install the Plugin or You can download the Plugin from here to upload it manually to your wordpress directory.

Step 3: Now you need to activate the Plugin.

GoogleCards Plugin will now add a widget option to your blog that will display a link to your Google+ profile.

Step 4: Move to your Widget option in WordPress [go to Appearance » Widgets tab] and add GoogleCards widget in your WordPress Blog .In my case I added it in to the right sidebar.

Step 5: Add your Google+ ID and click save. That’s it you are added your Google+ Profile widget in your WordPress Blog.Let me know if you have any difficulties in adding it into your Blog.
