How to Backup Delicious Bookmarks
|Most of the technology blogs saying that World’s Popular Bookmarking service Delicious from yahoo is going to shut down.I think most of the tech geeks and other web users used Delicious as their primary bookmarking service.Now its time to back up your important bookmarks from Delicious Because it may closing down at any time.
Backup your Delicious Bookmarks easily
Doing a Backup of your delicious account is as easy as clicking few buttons.You can Backup all your Bookmarks by import export feature in Delicious.With this feature you can import or export your bookmarks to your webbrowser.Now most of the user’s exporting their bookmarks because Yahoo may be shutdown Delicious service.
Step 1 : Log in to your delicious account
Step 2 : Go to Settings tab and click on Export/Backup Bookmark Option now you will get a window same as below.
Step 3 : Now you can select your tags and notes of your delicious bookmarks by selecting the tick box.
Now you almost done.Just click on export button to download your Bookmarks in HTML format. most of the Delicious users looking for a better alternative.I think Google bookmark service will be a better alternative to Delicious.Also am expecting Google will soon revamp Google Bookmark service.
It’s so sad the way delicious is going to disappear.
I saw on the news, Yahoo said they are going to stop the delicious service.

Yeah its sad to know that Yahoo is going to sell Delicious soon. Anyways lets hope they will comp with something great. So i need to backup my bookmarks fast. Thanks for the tip
