How To Change Default Font In LibreOffice Writer

LibreOffice is one of the best and free office suite for your daily needs. LibreOffice is an open source project and it is power packed to bring the open productivity suite for Windows,Mac and Linux operating systems.

LibreOffice writer is a part of this awesome office suite and it will be your alternative to Microsoft office word. It has all the features that you need from a modern, full-featured word processing and desktop publishing tool.

Here I’m not going in detail with LibreOffice Writer, This article is specially for those who want to know how to change the default font settings in LibreOffice Writer.

Open LibreOffice Writer and then go to Tools

Select Options tab that you will find at the end. Now a new window will pop-up same as below.

In this options window, expand the tab named “LibreOffice Writer”.

Click on Basic Fonts and now the right side of the window, you will see the basic font settings in your LibreOffice Writer.

Change the font to anything that you want and click on ok button.

You can set this settings for any particular page by clicking current documents only or for the entire LibreOffice Writer docs.If you want to restore the LibreOffice Writer settings to the default then click on the default button on the above page.
