This happens because your computer stored a cache database for those servers but may be it not refreshed after the effected website server change. Here comes the importance of flushing your DNS cache.

What is DNS Cache ?

DNS Cache is the place, where all the IP address of websites or pages are stored,that you have visited recently from your PC. DNS cache will help you access the site much faster if the web page is already cached in to the database. Means you will be able to access the website,if the web server made any change before the entry in your DNS cache updates.

Flushing DNS cache from windows computer will take only seconds. Just follow the below steps. Make sure you have the administrative privilege to do the same.

How To Clear/Flush Windows Cache

1. Open a command prompt from your windows operating system.

2. Now it’s time to Enter “ipconfig /flushdns ” in command prompt.

flush dns

Done, that is all you have to do to clear windows DNS cache.
