NASA’s Falling Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite [InfoGraphic]

NASA’s 6-ton Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS) is almost very near to earth and it will soon touch some where in canada. The last tracking shows that the falling satellite is last seen over Pacific Ocean. The satellite was designed to study the Earth’s ozone layer for three years after its 1991 launch, but it lasted through 2005.Space.com put up an infographic showing the expected regions where the satellite is going t to fall.
