New navigation user interface for Google Maps

I think it was in second week of last September,when Google tested new navigation user interface for Google maps.The new interface will allow you to enlarge buttons and these buttons will help you to switch the default view in to satellite mode and to the embedded Google earth.

This new layer panel will only show when you muse over the satellite button.Your last searches and your map views will be displayed in new layer panel,this will allow you to quickly switch maps and search results.

I liked the new user interface and what about you ?
