Web Search going to be more social –Microsoft tie-up with Facebook

Internet search is going to be more social with Recent announcement from Microsoft and Facebook.Both players  bring a brand new search experience to users.

From today onwards when anyone searches on bing ,he will be able to see what his Facebook friends “liked” that means now users will get recommendations from their friends itself.You must be logged in to Facebook to experience this Bing powered social search,A brand new era of web search!.

What actually Bing doing is they are connecting Bing  search results with your friends Facebook likes.Microsoft invested $240 million back in 2007 and now it looks like it will not be so crazy.The international roll out of this feature will happen with in days.

We can expect more extensions and tools from these companies in coming week.
